Day to Day Site Management and Full Facilities Management

At Taylored Propman Limited we pride ourselves on nurturing a relationship where we are either your, or in the case of Landlords, your tenants first port of call. We proactively manage your site services which may well include:

Waste management systems, fire alarm testing, fire marshal training, fire evacuation drills,  emergency light testing, fire risk assessments, grounds maintenance, repairs and redecoration issues, locking up services and service charge administration, DDA compliance including compliance with all statutory legislation.

We do this by personal site visits either on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, whichever is deemed to be either appropriate to the site and to suit your budget.

Service Charges

These can be the bane of any property owner or occupier and almost certainly the most contentious issue surrounding any  tenant and landlord relationship. Here at Taylored Propman Limited we take a very proactive approach to the management of the service charge account so that it is as fair and transparent as possible and is of course operated in accordance with the RICS Code of Service Charge procedures so that the Landlord and Tenant alike know exactly where they stand regarding both  expenditure and contributions thus taking the contentious issues away from the tenant and Landlord relationship.

We provide a full Service Charge budgeting and administration service including interim accounting, full reconciliations and the production of the final certificate.
